Presentation Crocodile 3 Croatia project at the 9th Congress #Innovations and Escalations“ organized by the Croatian Road Society Via Vita, held in Opatija on November 20-22, 2022

The Croatian Road Society - Via Vita has been gathering experts and the interested public for decades with regular organization of congresses through discussions, round tables and lectures on topics related to road connections. As strategic documents of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union place increasing emphasis on multimodality, this guild approach to transport issues is no longer sufficient. Linking the development plans of different modes of transport shapes all current and future projects, so our traditional road forum has been successfully expanded for two years by inviting the general professional public dealing with transport. The Congress was motivated by the need for participants in the transport sector to gather in one place, discuss current topics and exchange views on the current moment, operational plans for next year, as well as the concept and strategy of transport development of the Republic of Croatia.

 Motivated by the positive reactions and interest of the participants of last year's congress and the further approach of the Crocodile 3 Croatia project to experts and the general public, we presented the aforementioned project as part of this year's Congress. The implementation of new equipment and systems and applications for end users will contribute to the unification of motorway traffic management, harmonization of traffic flows and the provision of all information in real time.
